5...I wish my original charger had died sooner...  Jul 24, 2010
Charges my 12V batteries in no time...less than one hour for most of my chargings...it told me that one of my batteries was extremely weak, but after about 4 charges it regained its capacity for the most part...I am very happy with this purchase. Now, if I get equipment that is lower or higher than 12V, I can still charge it up quickly and easily as the charger handles several levels of voltage.

5Great product & price  Apr 09, 2010
Product arrive super fast and couldn't beat the price. Was exactly what I was looking for and expecting.

5AWESOME CHARGER!  Apr 06, 2010
I have been without a charger for years now since the one that came with my BD Firestorm 18V drill quit working. After researching on Amazon I decided to order this one as a replacement. The price was unbeatable compared to Home Depot and I got free shipping. The charger works great on my BD batteries and I was able to finally fire up my drill again. It also repairs your battery. Like I said AWESOME PRODUCT!DeWalt DC9310 Heavy-Duty 7.2 Volt - 18 Volt 1 Hour Charger

5excellent replacement for Black & Decker 18v charger  Apr 06, 2010
Have older Black & Decker 18v Firestorm cordless drill with "post" battery pack. The original charger is simple design, with no automatic control, forcing close supervision during charging. I left battery pack in charger over night, and charger stopped working. Black & Decker does not offer replacement charger for 18v battery packs, and ebay wanted $20 for same type of charger, with no guarantee if battery pack was damaged. I did some research and found positive review of DeWalt charger with confirmation that it worked with B&D 18v battery packs. After checking B&D website, I noticed that DeWalt was affiliated. My theory? B&D 18v Firestorm cordless drill with post battery was really manufactured by DeWalt, but sales numbers were small. Just a thought, because my B&D 18v post batteries fit perfectly into the DeWalt charger and were charged up without problems in 1 hour. "Charging" and "Charging Complete" indicator light works well. I left the battery packs in the charger overnight for "conditioning" - not sure how well this works, but charger is still working fine, and battery packs were fully charged. Unit is well made, and for $5 - $10 more than ebay price for rebuilt original, I consider it a great deal!

5Works as it should  Mar 20, 2010
The charger works as it should. I've had no problems with any of my batteries using this charger. Can't ask for much else. The only concern is how weightless it is. Kinda gives me a sense of poor quality, but again it works so *shrug*.
